Even though I have been consumed by work (playing after-vacation-catch-up), I did a little appliance surfing and found that HHgregg had a 25% Labor Day Sale, 5% with their credit card purchase and a 10% off coupon, I found what I was looking for…so I applied for and was approved from credit instantly, but they gave me this CODE that I needed to take to my nearest HHgregg.  I made 10 phone calls, was transferred to many GECapital/HHgegg Depts, could not get a “credit card number” to use for the online ordering.  I was not opposed to running to DE to do this except to get what I wanted, it had to be shipped to the store (3-5 days)…so why make 2 trips??  Why can I apply for a credit card online, but not be able to get the card number on the phone??

Once I got a little less behind in work stuff, we took a drive to the DE HHgregg, the customer service person was great, she found what I wanted cheaper in their system and IN STOCK…but then she handed us over to a Sales Agent…he was obviously hating his job at that moment and it showed….

We almost left there with the feeling of, I dont want to go back there again…but guy who loaded the dishwasher and over the range microwave into the car was awesome!  HHgregg redeemed 🙂
