{"id":873,"date":"2014-06-18T23:00:52","date_gmt":"2014-06-18T23:00:52","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/ourhouse.ilearnedthehardway.com\/wordpress\/?p=873"},"modified":"2019-06-29T12:12:29","modified_gmt":"2019-06-29T12:12:29","slug":"screened-in-porch-getting-down-to-the-details","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ourhouse.ilearnedthehardway.com\/?p=873","title":{"rendered":"Screened In Porch &#8211; getting down to the details"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>I returned the incorrect flashing kit yesterday on my way back from the car inspection with the Lemon Law mechanic. \u00a0He was nice, easy to be around and full of some pretty good stories\u2026.but the issue I am experiencing DID NOT happen for him! \u00a0makes me second guess myself, but I know my car, something still isnt right and I dont want it to be an issue 3, 4, 5 years from now!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>No Joe today! \u00a0Joe&#8217;s girlfriend is having a baby and her water broke early this morning. \u00a0I am excited for them!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tom is helping Jesse today, he&#8217;s a little more quiet than the rest of Kevin&#8217;s crew, but maybe that&#8217;s because this is the first time he has met me\u2026guess we&#8217;ll see!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tyvek Paper went up on the front so they can build out the soffits and put the vent panels up.
